2. Are the silicone beads safe?

Absolutely! They’re as safe as they are stylish—BPA-free, 100% non-toxic, FDA-approved, and made from 100% food-grade silicone. So, craft away with confidence and let your creativity shine! Made with moms (like me!) in mind, we take product safety seriously. And continuously make sure that all vendors meet safety requirements.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Yes, yes, and yes! Whether it’s a specific bead color combo or a custom laser-engraved piece, we all about bringing your vision to life. Just drop us a message or fill out our custom request form.

4. Can I order wholesale or in bulk?

Totally! We love partnering with fellow makers and small business owners. If you need larger quantities—or just want to collaborate—reach out for special pricing, and we’ll talk all the fun details.

5. How do I place an order?

You can shop directly on my site: just add items to your cart and checkout. For custom or wholesale orders, shoot us a message and We’ll get you squared away.

6. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

We typically pack and ship within 24 hours. For custom or laser-engraved orders, we’ll let you know if there’s a small delay—amazing creations sometimes require a bit more time!

7. What about lost or damaged items?

We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, but we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our hands. As a courtesy, we offer Route shipping protection, which you can add at checkout for extra peace of mind if anything goes awry during transit.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there’s any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We are here to help and we will do our best to make things right! 

10. Can I request a specific design for the laser-engraved pieces?

Absolutely! We love a good challenge. Send over your ideas, sketches, or even inspiration photos, to bring it all to life.
