Our Story

Hey there! I’m a wife, a mom, and a full-time underwriter who just couldn’t resist adding a little extra sparkle to life. A few years ago, I stumbled upon silicone beads and instantly fell in love with all the creative possibilities (and the amazing friendships that came along with them!) and then landed in a rabbit hole of the endless possibilities in the crafting world.

Craft fairs are totally my jam—I love meeting fellow makers and sharing pretty, practical designs. My passion for silicone beads soon led me to become a supplier, because why keep all that fun to myself, right? I’m all about collaborating and cheering on other women in the crafting community. There is definately enough room at the table for all of us!!!

On the home front, my husband’s a woodworking wizard, and together we own Oak & Iron Laser Engraving—so now we can whip up even more unique goodies. I’m excited to keep growing, exploring, and crafting alongside this amazing community. Come on in and join the fun!

Quick Facts!

1. Yes, I Really Do Love My Day Job! Underwriting might sound dull to some, but I’m happily crunching numbers by day—and crafting with silicone beads by night. Who says you can’t rock both worlds?

2. Wood, Meet Beads: My husband is the wood-whisperer behind the laser engraver, and I’m the silicone bead fanatic. Together, we’re an unstoppable creative force—like PB & J, but with power tools and beads!

3. Probably the most important fact! Collaboration Over Competition I’m all about cheering on fellow creators. Got a cool idea? Let’s chat! I firmly believe a rising tide lifts all ships (and beads and wood…you get the picture).

4. Ipad First, Everything Else Second. Seriously. If you see me with my iPad in hand, I’m probably brainstorming my next big DIY or laser-engraving project. It’s where all of my ideas are stored!

5. Craft Fairs = My Happy Place. I adore meeting people and showing off sparkly new designs. If you see me grinning like a kid in a candy store, it’s because I’m surrounded by my fellow makers (and maybe some glitter).

6. Your Ideas Are Welcome! Got a quirky design in mind? Let me know! We love working with clients who have big imaginations. Nothing’s too out there—challenge accepted!
